Ghirardelli is excited to introduce our newest addition to our sauce flavors, Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce, the New Gold Standard created for the ultimate mocha. It creates mochas with a richer, creamier taste and texture than our current Sweet Ground Choclate Sauce. For those who prefer a more bittersweet flavor, our current Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa Sauce will still be available.
Product Care and Usage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Do not refrigerate after opening.
Preparation:
For a 12 oz. Mocha, dispense 1 1/2 oz., or three pumps, of sauce into a large cup or glass. Add a shot of espresso and stir. Fill to top with steamed milk. For 16 oz., add 2 oz., or 4 pumps, along with 2 shots of espresso.
