The seductiveness of Danesi Espresso's blend lays in the constant and accurate quality control of the raw coffees that compose the blend itself. Through a very complex selection, the company carries out two additional important steps in the procedure. They determine the release of the characteristic, and essential oils for the coffee aroma: Roasting and Blending.

Once the coffee gets to the organoletic exam, it means that it has gone thorough a complex processing cycle consisting of detailed lab tests. Slow roasting time, proper coffee cooling process, and special packaging guarantee that this extremely valued blend preserves its original flavor through time.

The decaffeinating process follows a water procedure that extracts the caffeine from the precious Arabica and Robusta beans, by so leaving intact the peculiar features of Danesi Italian Espresso that can be tasted throughout the day.
