History
The family-owned Cora Italian Specialties traces its lineage to one of
the first espresso bars in Chicago. In 1960, a patron casually asked café
owner, Peter Cora, if he could assist in obtaining an espresso machine
for the Playboy Club in Chicago. After that initial equipment sale, Cora
evolved from a café into a "one-stop-shop" distributor
for many local and national customers.
Today, Cora offers its customers various makes of time-tested equipment
as well as a full line of products particularly suited for upscale cafés
and restaurants. We offer only the highest quality of products, which
are aimed to satisfy your taste buds as well as boost sales for your businesses.
Cora Italian Specialties has always held customer satisfaction as its
highest priority. In line with this philosophy, Cora offers a diverse
line of products from various, and sometimes competing, manufacturers
to insure that our customers will always get the best value from their
business with Cora.
