Banana Chai Daiquiri
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. rum
1 medium banana, sliced
1 ½ oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
1 cup crushed ice
Preparation:
Combine above ingredients in a blender and blend at low speed for 5 second
then blend at high speed until firm. Pour into champagne glasses, top
with a banana slice.
Big Jim's Mud in Your Chai
Ingredients:
1/3 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1/3 oz. Crème De Cacao
1/3 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
2 oz. milk
Ice
Preparation:
Pour liqueurs and Original Chai concentrate over ice. Mix together and
top it off with milk.
OPTION: Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
Black Afghan
Ingredients:
2 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
1 oz. water
1 oz. amaretto
1 oz. vodka
Preparation:
Combine above ingredients and pour over ice.
Chai White Russian
Ingredients:
2 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
1 oz. cream
1 oz. amaretto
1 oz. vodka
½ & ½ to taste
Preparation:
Combine above ingredients and pour over ice.
Chai-Tai
Ingredients:
2 oz. rum
2 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 oz. triple sec
1 tbsp. grenadine
Orange slice
Preparation:
Blend rum, Original Chai concentrate, lemon juice and triple sec in a
shaker over ice. Strain into a tall glass and add grenadine and a slice
of orange.
Himalayan Sunrise
Ingredients:
2 oz. tequila
4 oz. orange juice
2 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
1 Tbsp. grenadine
Preparation:
Mix first 3 ingredients over ice. Strain into a highball glass. Add ice
cubes. Pour in grenadine slowly and allow to settle. Stir before drinking.
Irish Chai Latte
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
4 oz. Milk
1 oz. Irish whiskey
Preparation:
Mix together Original Chai concentrate and milk. Heat by steaming, microwave
or stovetop.
Add Irish whiskey and stir.
Spoon foam over the top.
Irish Cream Original
Ingredients:
3 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
3 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's, Carolan's or E&J Cask & Cream works
well)
Preparation:
Mix together Original Chai Latte and Irish Cream. Serve over ice.
Long Island Iced Chai
Ingredients:
½ oz. rum
½ oz. vodka
½ oz. triple sec
½ oz. gin
2 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
½ oz. lemon juice
3 oz. orange juice
Preparation:
Mix above ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a slice
of lemon or orange or a sprig of mint.
Purple and Yellow Haze
Ingredients:
6 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
6 oz. Milk
2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz. Mount Gay Rum
Preparation:
Mix Original Chai concentrate and milk. Heat by steaming, microwave or
stovetop
Add Baileys. Pour into large 16 oz hot cup. Add Mount Gay Rum floater.
Scotch Indian
Ingredients:
for 16 oz drink hot or cold
1/2 Vanilla SILK soymilk
1/2 Oregon Chai Original Flavor
2 shots Chivas
I found this by accident, but have since tried it with scotch, bourbon,
crown royal, capt morgans spiced rum, meyers rum, vodka, gin, and grand
mariner... scotch works the best. This was selected in a blind taste test
among many frieds of mine as well.
Preparation:
pour in glass
drink
wipe mouth
Spiced Cranberry Cider
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
2/3 cup cranberry juice
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Rum
Preparation:
Mix above ingredients and serve over ice.
The "Oregon Chai" Goldfinger
Ingredients:
1.5-2oz Vanilla Stoli
Splash of Goldschlager
Splash of cream
5oz of The Original Oregon Chai
Whip cream for topping
Preparation:
Steam together and dust with "Gold Crystals"
Top with whip cream
