Almond Mocha
Ingredients:
4 oz. Original Chai Concentrate
4 oz. Milk
1 oz. Chocolate syrup
1 oz. Almond syrup
Cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix together Original Chai concentrate, milk, chocolate syrup and almond
and heat with steaming want, microwave or stovetop to 150*. Spoon foam
over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Yield: 12 oz. serving when using steamed milk.
Chai Nog Latte with a Chocolate
Cap
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
4 oz. eggnog
Whipped cream
Powdered chocolate
Powdered sugar
Raw sugar crystals
Preparation:
Combine Original Chai concentrate and eggnog and heat. Top with whipped
cream and sprinkle with chocolate, and sugars.
Charged Caramel
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Java Chai concentrate
4 oz. milk
1 oz. caramel syrup
Whipped cream
Preparation:
Mix together Java Chai concentrate and milk and syrup and heat. Top with
whipped cream and pour a thin stream of caramel syrup over the cream.
Or top whipped cream with toasted coconut or chopped peanuts.
Chocolate Chai
Ingredients:
Original Chai concentrate, Chocolate Milk
Preparation:
Mix equal parts original chai concentrate and chocolate milk. Same as
regular chai, just chocolate milk instead of regular milk. Try it hot
or cold!
Chocolate Charger
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Java Chai concentrate
4 oz. milk
1 oz. chocolate syrup
Whipped cream
Chocolate sprinkles
Preparation:
Mix together Java Chai concentrate and milk and syrup and heat. Top with
whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Chocolate Java Chai
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Java Chai concentrate
4 oz. milk
1 oz. chocolate syrup
Whipped cream
Chocolate sprinkles
Preparation:
Mix together Java Chai concentrate, milk and syrup. Steam/heat. Top with
whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Choynilla
Ingredients:
4 oz. soy milk
4 oz. The Original Oregon Chai
1 oz. vanilla syrup
Preparation:
Heat equal parts of soy milk and chai (or you may froth them if you like,
to make it more of a latte). Stir in vanilla syrup. Top with whipped cream
if desired.
Coconut Cream Pie Latte
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
4 oz. milk
½ oz. coconut syrup
Whipped cream
Toasted coconut
Preparation:
Mix above ingredients and heat. Add top with whipped cream and sprinkle
with toasted coconut.
Holiday ChaiNog
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
4 oz. eggnog (or, on the lighter side, 2 oz. non-fat milk and 2 oz. light
eggnog)
Nutmeg
Preparation:
Mix above ingredients and heat or serve cold over ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Mulled Apple Chai Cider
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
4 oz. apple cider
Cinnamon stick
Preparation:
Mix together Original Chai concentrate and cider and heat to 150*. Serve
with a cinnamon stick.
Pumpkin Spice Latté
Ingredients:
1 oz Original Oregon Chai
1/3 oz Ginger Spice Syrup
2/3 oz Vanilla Syrup
3 oz espresso
5 oz milk (2% or whole)
Preparation:
In a glass or paper cup, mix the Chai, Syrup, and espresso. Add heated
(preferably steamed) milk and enjoy a warm, spicy treat on a cool autumn
day. (Psssstt...you can also use cold milk and pour it over ice, top with
whipped cream, and it's just like a piece of pumpkin pie!)
Raspberry Chai Mocha
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai The Original Concentrate
4oz. milk
1oz. chocolate syrup
1oz. raspberry syrup
Preparation:
Mix Oregon Chai concentrate, chocolate, and raspberry syrup together,
add steamed milk (150*) and whipped cream on top!
Soothing Warm Punch
Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry/raspberry juice
½ cup Oregon Chai Original Chai concentrate
1 tsp. Fresh orange juice
Preparation:
Mix the above ingredients. Heat and serve. Add a cinnamon stick to each
cup.
Sweet Himalayan
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Kashmir Green Tea concentrate
4 oz. Milk
2 oz. white chocolate syrup
1/2 oz. peppermint syrup
Whipping cream
Green sugar sprinkles
Preparation:
Combine Kashmir Green Tea concentrate, milk, chocolate and peppermint
syrup. Heat or serve cold over ice. Top with whipping cream and green
sprinkles.
Warm Cinnamon Delight
Ingredients:
4 oz. Oregon Chai Original concentrate
4 oz. milk
½ oz. cinnamon syrup
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix Original Chai concentrate, milk and cinnamon syrup together. Steam
to 150*. Pour into 12-oz. cup. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve with a biscotti or shortbread.
